All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

New Zealand: 8–16 business days
United States & Canada: 8–18 business days
Europe: 8–18 business days
Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
