Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every purchase made with Zyra.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. In such cases, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that have major faults.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The following items are not eligible for return: used products, products damaged due to misuse, and final sale or clearance items.
